The main airport for Amazon cruises is Manaus Airport (MAO) in Brazil, as Manaus is a primary hub for the region. Other airports include Iquitos International Airport (IQT) in Peru, which is a starting point for some river expeditions and Puerto Maldonado Airport (PEM), also in Peru. Belém Airport (BEL) in Brazil is another option, though it requires additional travel to reach the river.
