Greenland is more white than green; because its an icy wonderland. The Greenland ice sheet is a vast body of ice covering roughly 80% of the surface of Greenland. It's a large Arctic island, and an autonomous constituent country within the Kingdom of Denmark. Greenland has preserved its incredible nature, wildlife and inuit culture. It's a nature's majesty where ice and snow create breathtaking landscapes. Kayaking, dog sledding, northern lights, midnight sun, whale watching, glacier calving at UNESCO listed ilulissat icefjord is a part of life in Greenland.
